      What’s important in my job is a number of things: I have to know the technical skills about the plastic we make and know how the chemicals and equipment work. I also have to have transferrable skills, such as teamwork, communication and problem solving.

      The most important thing for me is to continue to enjoy my job! If along the way I can contribute to solving some of the environmental issue with plastics, then that would also be great
